Silicone Metal Heating Pad is made from two pieces of rubber, featuring a combination of raw rubber on one side and vulcanized rubber on the other, pressed together by high-temperature equipment. Due to its exceptionally thin rubber layer, the heater exhibits excellent thermal conductivity. It has good softness and is perfectly suitable for curved surfaces, cylinders.

The heating element inside is made of nickel-chromium alloy, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metal materials. Taking advantage of its thinness, softness, light weight, mini size, easy connectivity to the heated object, it can be well customized for any shape in need, such as circles, triangles, rectangles, etc.
